To decide when and who to 'kill' for that is the real activity here going on, one has to make a serious God-like decision. I prefer letting people live and loving them during the time they are here....it is just easier. The conscience is clear and we become more compassionate in the process. As I work, the thought frequently plays on my mind: they are here for me, and not the other way around. There is something I must discover from this person to make me a better person, more loving, more patient, etc.....what is it? My thought and my prayer. Pray for us caregivers looking after other people's family member. I work with the disabled and elderly.
