Movie Review - Amazing Grace

Tag:No Tags

All Christians should be familiar with this hymn, Amazing Grace. As a born Catholic, I was familiar with the song but didn’t mean much to me, until my late wife who was a convert to Catholicism took to this hymn in an endearing way. It was her favourite hymn. She would impulsively select this hymn during prayer meets. After she had passed away, I decided to inscribe the first verse of this hymn on her tombstone as a method to witnessing to God’s saving power. Everyone who knew my wife would attest to the impact God had on her life towards the end.

Now there’s a movie with this title and it’s about the man who composed this hymn, William Wilberforce. Dr. Stan Williams reviews this movie from a Christian perspective on the Moral Premise.
