Fish can be considered biblical in the sense that it’s probably the most mentioned food after bread in the Bible. We have two recorded miracles involving fish being multiplied for the multitudes. Now fish have been found scientifically to play a significant role in increasing the intelligence of children if their mothers consume fish regularly while carrying them. The researchers revealed that eating more then 12 oz. of fish a week results in superiorly intelligent children. Researchers from Harvard Medical School have determined that breastfeeding a child for 2 years and above during a mother’s lifetime will reduce the risk of heart attacks.
